Refund and Returns

Satisfied or refunded within 15 days
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days.
If 15 days have passed since your purchase,
we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition
in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:
– Any item that is not in its original condition
or which is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email
to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card
or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company.
It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund,

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. ​
